Since 2008 Symbio has been a partner to Inspirus, the leading provider of employee engagement programs combining an integrated reward engine, learning, communication tools and analytics to power modern talent applications.

The collaboration has been beneficial in that Symbio acts as Inspirus’ technical advisor in areas such as devising mobile strategy, Drupal migration and x-platform support strategy. Symbio has also taken responsibility of helping to create new features, mobile UI and Android native applications. The web enabled Universal Rewards Mall (URM) has been fully engineered and maintained by Symbio. The design and deployment of the URM has created an international platform for global clients from a broad range of industries.
Symbio’s development and testing teams are an integrated and essential extension of Inspirus R&D. The key for the success has been building good relationships and trust from both sides. Inspirus has invested in the relationship with onsite engagement in Symbio’s delivery centers and by embracing a fully integrated operating model between the two companies.
