Symbio Acquires Cubical Solutions, Broadening Our Technology Expertise in Linux

I’m pleased to announce today that Symbio has acquired the business operations of Cubical Solutions, an established software engineering service company for the telecommunications, financial services and manufacturing industries.

With over 15 years of expertise, Cubical has been delivering service excellence to global industry giants such as Fujitsu Services, Nokia Siemens Networks and EADS.  This acquisition adds significant expertise for us in Linux, and open source development, leveraging operating environments such as Red Hat, SuSE, Maemo, Wind River Linux and OpenEmbedded Linux.  With this acquisition, we will further strengthen our expertise in critical domain areas (mobile, Web, enterprise and embedded technologies) that enable technology convergence.

Please join me in congratulating the team and welcoming Cubical Solutions to the Symbio family! For further details, click here for the press release.
