Symbio University Programs

We believe in new talent and want to embrace fresh perspectives that only students can offer. Symbio partners with universities in China and in Finland, giving students opportunities to learn from Symbio's finest experts. In addition, we offer students various internships, part-time, and full-time positions during and after their studies. Find out more about each countries' programs.

University Programs in China

Symbio partners with top tier universities throughout China to create a standardized talent pipeline to recruit world-class talent. At Beijing Jiaotong University and Sichuan University, we have set-up specialized curriculum courses for both the Master‘s and Bachelor ‘s programs. These programs offer a one-year classroom instruction, followed by a one-year internship, where students can learn about standard technology tools, and Symbio can also help prepare them to work in project team environments. Symbio’s University Programs offer students the rare opportunity to learn from our technology experts and receive guidance to assist them in building a career in the software product development industry. Ultimately, these programs give Symbio the chance to further share our expertise to help the next generation of engineers in China.

China currently holds the world’s largest pool of engineers and is still growing today. Symbio recognizes this talent pool and continues to hold campus fairs for junior positions each year at other various top-tier universities. To find out more about how to apply and join these programs, please contact Xiaojuan Sun (xiaojuan.sun@symbio.com) or more information.

University Programs in Finland

Symbio partners with top tier universities throughout Finland. We offer education in areas of testing and quality assurance with select partner universities. We also recognize the student talent pool, and sponsor and participate in a variety of on-campus activities, including career fairs, events with student organizations, and meetings with faculty and campus officials to conduct meet and greets. These on-campus activites give students the possibility to work part-time during their studies or full-/part-time during the summer in a cutting edge technology environment for our leading R&D clients.

If you are interested in these opportunities, please submit your application with your transcript of records and, if possible, a work sample of your programming skills. For future information, please contact Mia Ryynänen (mia.ryynanen@symbio.com).
